- The leather Padfolio dimensions are 9.25″L 11.25″H 1″W.
- Four 3 inch by 3 inch CRA Audit Note pads come with the Padfolio. Each CRA Audit Note pad has 50 sheets.
- Adhesive edge is located on the base of note pad allowing color bar to be visible on the outside of the binder or chart.
- The “Done” box can be marked to quickly identify findings that have been addressed.
- The “Late Entry” box should be used as needed to ensure any source modifications meets ALCOA-C guidelines.
- For best results on the Action Item Carbonless Pad, place a divider between sets or remove a set from pad before writing. White copy to be provided to site and yellow copy to be kept by CRA.
