ClinEssentials strives to ensure all customers are satisfied. If you are not, please contact us so we can make it right! If you would prefer to make a return or exchange, ClinEssentials will accept returns or exchanges of new, unopened merchandise in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@clinessentials.com and include your order number and description of your concern in the email body.
Shipping policy:
Products are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing an order. International shipping is available for an additional fee. CUSTOM CHARGES policy:
If there is a customs charge, the Buyer is 100% responsible for the fee. ClinEssentials is not involved with customs, customs charges, or the time packages take to pass customs.
RETURN policy:
For Physical Products (CRA Audit Notes, Bundles, and Tools): ClinEssentials has a customer satisfaction guarantee. ClinEssentials will accept returns or exchanges of new, unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. For Digital Products (Digital Downloads and eBooks): Digital products are not eligible for return or exchange because they can be downloaded immediately once purchased. If you paid for a digital product and did not receive an email with a downloadable link, please email info@clinessentials.com.
For the CTM Training Course: Once you purchase the LIVE + All Access or the Self-Paced Course, you will receive access to course content. Upon full access, there are no refunds. If you have questions, please email ctmcourse@clinessentials.com.
