Action Item Carbonless Note Pads-5×8

Once CRA discusses findings (identified by the CRA Audit Notes™) with the staff, any finding not resolved is entered as an action item to be addressed on the Action Item Carbonless Note Pad. At the end of the visit a copy is provided to the site and a copy is kept by the CRA for report writing and follow up. This can guide the CRA in writing the follow up letter as well.
