CRA is efficient when monitoring by using notes to quickly identify clinical findings that need clarification or correction. Specific Findings may be identified mid-page of a medical chart and need to be tagged and referenced later. After hours of monitoring various trial subject charts, simply tagging the outer page may not be sufficient in recalling what on the page was in question. The mid page tags are used to tag the BP on the left or the signature on the bottom. Findings also may be a pattern of a certain site or staff member (missing signature or header) and time is saved not having to write the same phrases over and over. CRA can quickly return to the chart and identify the finding to discuss with site staff.Monitoring Tools
