What are your top-selling products?

Our top-selling product for CRAs is the CRA Audit Notes Bundle. The top-selling product for research sites is the CRA Audit Notes Bundle with Acrylic Holder.

How many sheets are included on each CRA Audit Note pad?

There are 50 sheets on each CRA Audit Note pad. Two sizes are available: 3×3 inches and 1.5×3 inches.

How many sheets are included on each Action Item Carbonless Pad?

Each Action Item Carbonless Pad comes with 25 sets. The set includes one white sheet and one yellow sheet. The Action Item Pad can also be purchased as a Digital Download.

Does the Action Item Carbonless Pad come with a divider?

Currently, the Action Item Carbonless Pad does not have a divider. We recommend using a small piece of cardboard or tearing off a set and writing on the CRA Tools Padfolio or a desk.

How many Visit To Do List cards are included with each pad?

There are 25 Visit To Do List cards on each pad. You can choose from two sizes: 8.5×11 inches or 5×8 inches. The 5×8 inch size fits in the front pocket of the CRA Tools Padfolio. The Visit To Do List can also be purchased as a Digital Download.

CTM Training

When is the next CTM Training Course?

All Access + LIVE CTM Training typically occurs once per quarter. You can see upcoming LIVE session dates and register here.

The Self-Paced CTM Course is always available for purchase, and you can complete the course as your schedule allows. Buy the Self-Paced Course here.

How long does CTM Training take?

All Access + LIVE CTM Training is one 2.5-hour weekly session for five weeks. There are also self-paced learning modules to complete prior to each live training session. The estimated time commitment is 4 hours per week, which does not include additional videos you may choose to watch from the Supplemental Library or attendance at the Live Q&A sessions. The live course is intended to be completed within 6 weeks.

Self-Paced CTM Training can be completed at your pace and as your schedule allows. It can be completed within five weeks.

 

What does CTM Training cost?

The All Access + LIVE CTM Training Course is $4,999.99.

The Self-Paced CTM Training Course is $2,499.99.

Will my employer pay for me to do CTM Training?

Some employers will pay for all or a portion of the CTM Training Course, so it is worth asking! Click here for email copy you can cut, paste, and send to your employer, and a PDF of course information to attach to your email. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course that you can share with your employer.

Who is the CTM Training Course for?

CTM Training is for aspiring, new, and experienced Clinical Trial Managers who want to learn key strategies and proven methods, receive professional guidance, boost their confidence, and take their career to the next level. The Course covers the CTM role from Start-Up to Close-Out, along with career recommendations, such as resume reviews, mock interviews, and salary negotiation tips.

The All Access + LIVE CTM Course is recommended for individuals with at least two years of Clinical Research experience who are aspiring or new CTMs, or anyone who could benefit from more expert guidance or prefers to learn in a live setting with direct access to the instructor.

The Self-Paced CTM Course is recommended for current CTMs with at least four years of Clinical Research experience. If you enroll in the Self-Paced Course, you can upgrade to the All Access + LIVE Course in the future. Email ctmcourse@clinessentials.com if you are interested in this opportunity.

Is the training in-person or online?

The self-paced modules within the CTM Training Course can be viewed online via the Thinkific learning platform. You will receive login details upon registering for the course.  LIVE sessions are on Zoom.

What is the difference between the All Access + LIVE and Self-Paced Courses?

The major difference between the All Access + LIVE and Self-Paced Courses is that self-paced participants do not receive 12.5 hours of instructor-led, live training. Also, Self-Paced participants receive one month free to the Mighty Networks CTM Training Exclusive Group, and All Access + LIVE participants receive one year free. 

How soon after I purchase the Self-Paced Course will I be able to start?

When you purchase the Self-Paced Course, you receive immediate access to the course content, so you can begin training at your convenience.

Does the CTM Training Course count for Continuing Education (CE) hours?

The All Access + LIVE CTM Training Course satisfies 20 CE hours through SOCRA, and participants can self-report CE hours to the ACRP.

The Self-Paced CTM Training Course satisfies 10 CE hours through SOCRA, and participants can self-report CE hours to the ACRP.

Is there a certificate for completing the CTM Training Course?

Once you complete the course requirements and pass the final exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion via email that can be shared with your employer and used for course education units through SOCRA and ACRP.

What financing options are available for the CTM Training Course?

Loan financing and a .500% interest rate discount are available through SoFi Financial. Qualified individuals may be eligible to pay less than $100 per month. Do I receive lifetime access to course content?

YES! All course participants receive lifetime access to course content via Thinkific, our course learning platform. You can easily reference and utilize course information and resources throughout your career.

What additional support comes from the CTM Training Course?

All Access + LIVE Course participants receive free membership to the CTM Training Course Exclusive Group in Mighty Networks during the course and for one year after. Self-Paced participants receive free membership during the course and for one month after. 

This membership includes access to the course instructor and the ability to attend Live Q&A Sessions. The Mighty Networks Group also provides the opportunity to interact with other course participants, continue learning, receive additional helpful tips and templates, and connections to other research professionals with similar career paths.

What is your shipping policy?

Products are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing an order. International shipping is available for an additional fee. What is your policy on customs charges?

If there is a customs charge, the Buyer is 100% responsible for the fee. ClinEssentials is not involved with customs, customs charges, or the time packages take to pass customs.

What is your return policy?

For Physical Products (CRA Audit Notes, Bundles, and Tools): ClinEssentials has a customer satisfaction guarantee. ClinEssentials will accept returns or exchanges of new, unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
