Q. How is ClinEssentials responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic?

A. The health and safety of our employees and customers are our top priority during these challenging times. At the beginning of their shift, our employees are being screened for temperatures or other signs of illness. Orders are packaged while the employees are using both gloves and masks while adhering to a 6 feet social distancing policy. The Fulfillment Center is cleaned and sanitized multiple times daily to prevent any spread of disease. We will continue to update our process as recommended by the CDC.

Q. Why is it taking my order so long to be delivered?

A. Due to longer than normal transit times by our carriers, there could be a 1 week delay on the receipt of your order (or more for international orders). At the time of shipment, our Fulfillment Department will include your tracking number so you can track your package in real time. A. Due to COVID-19 and package transit delays, we have added an additional 14 days to our Refund Policy.
